Turbo is literally "easy" mode equivalent of Dota 1.
The game mode is literally to fuck around and nothing else. Just cause you suck at the game and you need try hard in easy mode to feel good, doesn't change anything.
If you are not braindead, you can literally have 60%+ win rate just spamming PA with 8 mins rapier even at 4k mmr. That's how stupid the game mode is.
Agree, there should be a switch like on opendota where you can choose to consider turbo games or not. Turbo games makes up a good fraction of total dota 2 games ( https://stratz.com/matches/graphs ) even if we consider that a normal game lasts around 68% more than a turbo game ( https://dotacoach.gg/game-length )

Cant agree more, we are just playing turbo ever since its out. It should be treated equally.
