Blur cannot be purged by silver edge and gives magic evasion aswell (20/30/40/50% chance to evade magic damage) (also countered by mkb)
Puck: Casting Dream Coil does 250 damage to whoever it latches on + if even one enemy breaks the coil, all enemies attached to coil are stunned for 3.75 seconds. (Sceptre Bonus: Damage 400, 5 Seconds Stun)

Time Lapse can be casted while disabled.
Umm, you know AM has 1.2 STR gain right? 1.8 would make him pretty decent.
+0.6 str gain is only 14 str so 266 hp. at lv 25 that doesn't seem like much of a difference. no doubt his winrate would increase slightly if it did happen but it seems like it'd be something that affects 1 in 100 games or something.

AM is a hero, unlike many other carries, that gets neither Satanic nor Skadi. He usually is only tanky because he is insanely high leveled.
Overleveled + skilled stats + spell shield and still he isn't really tanky it's more like he has a lot of sustain when fighting cuz of vlads
^ Which makes my "balanced" buff to him absurdly broken. Its like 700 extra hp lmfao, giving the ricing am (no heart) 2700 hp. OSfrog.

His ult deals 666 /6666 /66666 damage. His scepter makes his ult have a global AOE targeting all visible enemies on the map with a cd of 20 secs.

Ion Shell cast time reduced from 9 to 5.

Crystal Maiden strength gain increased from 1.7 to 2.7

Bring back the regular axe instead of nerfing him every patch cause NA dota can't deal with him.

Phoenix will now always go into supernova upon death (even if it is on cooldown). This supernova will do half damage but take the normal number of hits to kill. If the Supernova is not killed Phoenix returns with all cooldowns refreshed and full HP and Mana.
Phoenix can now Cast items while in supernova, including Shadow Blade, Blink Dagger, Force staff and Ghost Scepter.
Supernova now refreshes the cooldown of all items.
Supernova now turns night to day for the duration and provides 1800 unobstructed vision around it.
Ball lightning activation mana removed
Ball lightning cast time reduced to 0.1
Frostmourne provides additional 80 Attack speed and decreeses enemy attack speed by 80

Any one of these would make him broken on their own IMO.
Pudge: Hook locks on to nearest enemy hero when thrown and will travel through creeps with unlimited range until the hero is hookedm
Sniper, shrapnel has 5 charges now, 15s recharge per charge and activates instantly.
Headshot mini stuns again and it goes through bkb.
Base range increased by 50.
Phoenix.
Base armor from 0 to 3
Cause him having no armor drives me crazy.
Icarus dive:
Once cast starts, gain invulnerability for 0.5 seconds enabling him to dodge incoming stuns, nukes and damage.
Fire spirits:
Just like fucking Dota 1, heals him 1/1.5/2/3% per successful hit/tick on enemy heroes.
1 fire spirit does 4 ticks so Phoenix heals 4/6/8/12% of his current HP
Remember he sacrificed 20% of his current HP to activate the ability.
So, 4 fire spirits will heal Phoenix approximately 16/24/32/48%
He'll become a damn durable initiator.
Sun Ray:
The longer Sun Ray's channeling is casted, the enemies hit will receive a debuff, where their magic resistance lowers. Allies with magic abilities will deal more damage to the debuffed enemy heroes.
Debuff will only increase the % of magic resistance loss if Sun Ray is casted on them.
Duration of the debuff will last 2/3/3.5/4 seconds from the last time Sun Ray was hit.
Enemy heroes' debuff decreases their magic resistance by 1/2/4/5% per second.
At the same time, Phoenix gain magic resistance by 1.5/3/5/7% per second as a buff. Buff lasts 5 seconds after Sun Ray's cast ends.
Duration of Sun Ray lasts 6 seconds.
Sun Ray no longer heals allied units. Only damages enemy units.
Max damage stays the same but increases damage from enemy heroes debuff.
Supernova:
While in that form, Supernova heals allied units in a 1000 radius by 2/3/4% per second.
Max heal would then be 12/18/24%
With Aghanim Scepter, it refreshes the allied Hero's ultimate, with a buff that gives them additional stats 2/4/5% from their current stats. Duration of buff is 4 seconds.
Also increases attacks to destroy to 7/11/15
Now that, in my mind is a fucking strong Phoenix.
tinker does does 60% PURE damage with laser I mean if he uses laser on someone he does 60% OF THE VICTIMS LIFE down and his rearm doesent cost mana and he has 3.0 on all attributes every level
